The GRAMMY nominees for 2022 have been released and a number of topnotch musicians from Africa including Wizkid, Burnaboy and Ghana’s very own Rocky Dawuni got nominated.
The Recording Academy made some changes, increased the number of top competitions to ten and released its first vote after abolishing its widely planned review committees in nearly every category.
Legendary Ghanaian reggae artist Rocky Dawuni also grabbed nomination with his Voice of Bunbon, Vol. 1 Album.
It is his second nomination after his sixth studio album christened Branches of The Same Tree got nominated for the Grammys best Reggae Album in December 2015 for the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.
