Xavi should have brought Ferran Torres, Gavi and Ansu Fati at the early minutes of the game because the team was on good form with Madrid they were introduced later.

Following Torres’ connection, Madrid’s net found Fati’s cross. Torres has now scored two Bernabeu classic goals this season.

Benzema outshines other strikers

A season that is expected to earn him the Ballon d’Or was one in which Benzema guided Real Madrid to the Champions League and La Liga titles.

Lewandowksi prior to this game had a good form and everyone thought he was gong to deliver magic. Lewandowksi has scored nine goals for Barca since he moved from Bayern to his current club. But this time around, Lewandowksi lacked Benzema’s precise finishing ability.
