This, A Plus believes is because people do not respect government but rather respect their traditional leaders and will lie down to be walked on if the order is from their Kings and Queens. He then called on the Akufo-Addo led administration to give our traditional rulers more authority because such people are seen as gods in the eyes of men and so when they speak everyone listens.

“How dare you come out when Otumfuo orders you to sleep? Government announced a lockdown but you see the number of people flouting the order. Let Otumfuo give the same order and see if someone will go against it.”

He said in a live Facebook video monitored by smartandstuck.com, that if these leaders are empowered, it will help goals that is set by government to be achieved.

“Our Traditional rulers need to be empowered so they can work hand in hand with government to achieve set goals.”
