A picture circulating on social media captures the member of parliament for Nhyiaeso constituency, Stephen Amoah, peeping at the ballot paper of a female voter casting her vote.

This incident raises serious concerns about the privacy and integrity of the voting process, especially in light of Ghana’s commitment to free and fair elections.

The MP who was in a different voting booth was seen trying to get a glimpse of who the voter is casting her ballot for by trying to get closer. The voter seems unaware of the MP’s actions.
