Samuel Atta Akyea, lead counsel for former National Signals Bureau (NSB) Director, Kwabena Adu Boahene, has revealed that those backing Kennedy Agyapong in his presidential bid are afraid the former Assin Central MP may go haywire on them at the slightest provocation.

The former MP for Abuakwa South stressed during an interview on UTV that these individuals are unable to control the lion within Kennedy Agyapong.

He addressed the assertions that Kennedy Agyapong’s temperament should not be a concern if he demonstrates competence.

“It’s clear that those following him feel a sense of fear.” His temperament is unmanageable, which poses a significant challenge for anyone aspiring to lead the country,” he noted.

He revealed that he holds no personal grudge against Kennedy Agyapong regarding his ambition to lead the NPP and, ultimately, the nation.

Yet, a leader requires more than mere business intellect to effectively guide a nation.

“I have no issues with Ken Ohene Agyapong, but stepping into a leadership role requires significant effort.” I have concerns about his temperament, and I’m worried that he might resort to violence during the cabinet meeting. “He has been observed participating in public spectacles that are not typically associated with a leader,” he stated.
