Ghanaian comic actor and entertainer Funny Face has revealed in an interview monitored smartandstuck.com that settling down with Esi, an actress from the Chorkor Trotro TV Series, would have been among the best choices that could have brought him peace in life.
Speaking with Kula(Headless Youtuber), Funny Face acknowledged that Esi had a genuine concern for his well-being and desired the best for him. However, he admitted that fame at that time clouded his judgement, failing to recognize the rare gem he was carelessly letting slip away.
“I think I should have married Esi, that lady I used to shoot the Chorkor Trotro series with. Because she cared for me genuinely. I was coming up at that time and everywhere I went, people were giving me fans”, he said.
Funny Face further stated despite receiving a car gift from footballer Adebayor in 2012, Esi was not bothered about having a ride in his car and anytime she completed her role while he was still filming, she preferred to take a trotro home instead of waiting for him to give her a lift.
“When Adebayor gifted me the customized Range, I was all over the moon. But Esi, unlike other ladies who would have waited to have a taste of the car, didn’t even bother when she finished her role, she would pick a trotro and go home instead of waiting for me to finish mine and drop her off.”
