American actor, Jonathan Joss, has been killed during a horrific shooting incident at San Antonio, Texas. The popular actor died at age 59.
He is best known as an actor who voiced the character of John Redcorn on “King of the Hill” and appeared as Ken Hotate on “Parks and Recreation”.
The unfortunate incident happened on June 1st near the residence of the deceased; a building which was destroyed by fire earlier this year.
Him together with his husband, Tristan Kern de Gonzales, we’re paying a visit to the site where a neighbor confronted them.
Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja, who is the neighbor, made derogatory remarks about the couple before opening fire. Josh was pronounced dead on the spot, according to police.
The suspect has been nabbed and charged with murder. Gonzales, the husband, reveals the horrific incident is part of a grand scheme targeted at them indicating it was a hate crime.
Joss was not only well known for his unique performances in Hollywood but also for his fight for indigenous citizens to star in movies and be recognized in the entertainment industry.
He assumed the part of John Redcorn following the original actor’s demise and maintained this role until the show’s conclusion. He recently recorded new lines for the forthcoming King of the Hill revival, scheduled to broadcast in August 2025.
Alongside his vocal and television contributions, Joss featured in films such as The Magnificent Seven and True Grit, and even established his own barbecue spice line, whimsically titled “King of the Grill.”
