Fetish priestess turned Evangelist, Patricia Asiedua Asiamah popularly known as Nana Agradaa has reason to breathe a sigh of relief. The Accra High Court has officially reduced her 15-year jail term to just 12 months, as announced in today’s ruling, February 5.
The Court acknowledged that she warranted punishment for her crime, yet deemed the sentence excessively harsh, leading to a reduction in her prison term.
Nana Agradaa will now serve a one-year sentence which will take effect from 3rd July, 2025, the initial day she received her sentence.
The founder and leader of Heaven Way Champion International Church encountered legal challenges after her announcement on her television channel, inviting the public to an all-night program at her Church, where she guaranteed that any financial contributions would be doubled.
Her assertions prompted numerous individuals to invest substantial amounts of money, lured by the hope of extraordinary financial gains—promises that ultimately went unfulfilled.
