Although it appears that they will still battle it out in Utah, Post Malone’s baby mom has moved to have her plea for physical possession of their daughter dismissed in L.A.

On April 14, Malone submitted his application to the Utah Court, seeking joint custody and visitation rights. However, Post Malone’s baby mom filed for primary physical custody on April 16 in Los Angeles, raising worries regarding jurisdictional disputes.
