The Kumasi High Court gave a ruling on the issue of a rightful person to perform the widowhood rites of the late Highlife maestro, Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba.
The court indicated that Akosua Serwaa cannot carry herself as the only surviving spouse of the late Daddy Lumba and perform the widowhood rites.
In its ruling, the court stated that both Akosua Serwaa and Odo Broni were customarily married to the late singer and should both be recognized as the surviving wives of the late musician.
Below is the 49-page ruling of the Kumasi High Court.
