The 2025 Senior High School Placement has officially been released according to the Ghana Education Service (GES) in a statement dated September 17.
The Computerised School Selection and Placement System (CSSPS) is now live and accessible and students can check their placed schools.
Students are expected to report their various placed schools on October 18, 2025 according to the statement which was signed by the acting Deputy Director-General of the GES (Q&A) Dr Munawaru Isshaque.

The communiqué was issued to all regional education directors, notifying them of the official release of the 2025 school placement.
It mandated that all school heads responsible for student admissions must adhere precisely to the placement list by the CSSPS Secretariat and that no students should be admitted backdoor without prior authorization by GES.
It also instructed school leaders to guarantee that registration is executed efficiently and in compliance with the established rules.
Any violation, including unauthorized admissions, shall incur the requisite administrative penalty.
