The former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the Natioanl Democratic Congress (NDC), Ade Coker, has passed away.

The former Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the Natioanl Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Ade Coker, has passed away.

The cause of his death can not be confirmed at the moment but reports indicate that the staunch member of the NDC died on May 31 at the Bank Hospital in Cantonment in Accra.

The pillar of the NDC was well-known for being forthright and was held in great regard by party members.

His death was confirm by the Head of NDC’s legal team, Edudzi Tamakloe, on Facebook.

Ade Coker became the party’s Greater Accra regional Chairman in 2009. He held the position for three consecutive periods where he finally lost to the current regional Chairman, Emmanuel Nii Ashie Moore, in 2022.
