Embattled Nana Agradaa who is currently serving a jail term of 15 years appeared at the Accra High Court on October 21 to continue her legal battle with Osofo Appiah Biblical.

Reports indicate that Evangelist Patricia Asiamah, accompanied by heavy security apparatus, arrived at the premises prior to the scheduled sitting at 12 p.m.

She was transported to the courtroom by a police van typically used for bringing prisoners through an underground tunnel.

In attendance at the courthouse was her spouse, Angel Asiamah, who arrived to witness the proceedings But, Agradaa did not enter the court room as she was spotted inside the police vehicle.

The court case was postponed after it came to light that the judge in charge of the case had been elevated to the Court of Appeal and could not preside over the case.

A new judge has not yet been appointed to assume responsibility for the proceedings.

According to reliable sources, the controversial founder of Heaven Way Champion International is currently exploring the possibility of a plea bargain in relation to the case concerning the purported circulation of explicit pictures involving Osofo Appiah Biblical. She is pursuing out-of -court settlement .
