The official announcement made on June 23rd indicated that there were few suspected and verified cases reported.

Authorities are urging everyone on campus—students, faculty, and staff—to stay vigilant and follow all precautions to help mitigate the spread of the virus.

The alert comes at a time where the country has eased its COVID-19 restriction measures. However, the virus remains a threat.
