The Ghana National Fire Service has today November 11 began the second phase of its recruitment exercise at the Fire Academy and Training located at James Town.
A statement from the GNFS says, selected applicants will undergo Body Selection, Documentation, and Medical Examinations.
The body selection process is integral to the agency’s recruitment policy in assessing the suitability of applicants.
While the documentation process, it involves verification of birth and academic certificates.
Successful candidates will go through medical screening. Applicants will bear the cost of the medical examination.
The GNFS has warned unsuccessful applicants to desist from paying people to find their way into the service because no payments are required to secure a spot.
The aim of the recruitment which started in August 2024 is to help fill vacant positions within the service.
