President John Dramamni Mahama has directed the Lands Commission to suspend with immediate effect, the sale, lease or processing of transactions involving state and public lands.
According to the letter from the presidency, the purpose of the directive is to protect and preserve public and state lands for the collective benefit of the citizenry and future generations.
