The nationwide recruitment exercise of Ghana’s various security services including the Immigration, Police, Prisons and Fire Service, begins today, November 17.

According to a notice, applicants can apply through the E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP). The portal will be opened at 12:00 PM, while the application deadline is set for December 19, 2025, allowing a one-month grace period for those interested.

The Minister for Interior, Muntaka Mubarak, announced on Facebook that candidates can access the portal using the USSD code *713*03# across all mobile networks or by visiting any GCB Bank branch.

Also, the notice underscored the necessity for applicants to indicate the specific agency’s voucher they wish to buy, ensuring precision and accuracy from the onset.

The C-SERP system was implemented to enhance the recruitment process, fostering greater transparency, efficiency, and accessibility for qualified individuals in Ghana.

The government has reaffirmed its dedication to maintaining a transparent and equitable recruitment process, cautioning the public about deceptive schemes.

“The administration of John Dramani Mahama, via the Ministry of the Interior in Ghana, has disseminated the particulars regarding the essential criteria and necessary documentation for the centralized e-recruitment process for the 2025/26 period.”

It is recommended that applicants engage in a thorough examination of the guidelines and adhere to them attentively.

“Kindly be informed: The portal will be accessible starting at 12 noon today,” Muntaka stated in his Facebook post.
