Ghanaian fraud leader, Joseph Kwadwo Badu Boateng, popularly known as Dada Joe Remix has been extradited to the United States.
In a social media post, the Diplomatic Security Services stated that they collaborated with Ghanaian authorities to secure his extradition.
He has been reported to be part of a fraud enterprise duoing unsuspecting US citizens through transactional and romance scams.
Officials stated that the collaborative endeavor between U.S. and Ghanaian law enforcement authorities culminated in Boateng’s successful extradition.
Dada Joe Remix is presently in the United States to face charges.
Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has mounted a spirited defence for his close friend, Kofi Boat, who is currently awaiting extradition to the US to face charges of transactional fraud and romance scams.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale who is a close confidant of the embattled business mogul said during a TikTok live stream that Kofi Boat has not defrauded anyone as speculated by the media. However, his buddy had a business partnership which was unsuccessful hence his recent predicament.
He affirmed that Kofi Boat only engages legit business deals.
“The majority of you are unaware of Kofi Boat’s identity; consequently, he is being referred to as a fraudster due to his recent legal troubles. There is no issue. All of us on this planet will be judged by God. Are you referring to Kofi Boat as a scammer? God, you occasionally place us in challenging circumstances that we are unable to articulate to the general public. However, I am confident that your purpose is to demonstrate to the public that Kofi Boat is not a con man.”
