Veteran sports journalist Dan Kwaku Yeaboah has revealed two main reasons the candidate for the republicans, Donald Trump secured victory in the November 2024 presidential polls that took place in the United Statesof America.
The multiple award-winning journalist stated that Kamala Harris, Trump’s opponent, lost the elections due to her racial identity. Kamala Harris is of Jamaican and Indian race. She was born to two immigrant parents in Oakland, California.
According to him, another reason for Harris’ lost to Trump is that, the Americans are racist no matter how someone will glorify it and the idea of a black woman ruling over whites is a no for Americans culminating into her losing the elections to Trump.
While speaking during an interview on Accra-based Peace Fm’s Kokrokoo morning show monitored by smartandstuck.com, the former GJA award winner was dumbfounded as to why the blacks living in the United States of America voted massively for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump was seen during campaign rallies promising harsh policies on immigrants living in the USA in the run up to the elections as he believes this could have prompted the blacks to vote massively against him.
He noted that the black community would have gained more freedom and opportunities if Harris had won the November elections.
“Obama has become the only black man to rule in the US. In the history of America, no black woman has ever become president. She shouldn’t have contested.
“Racism runs through the veins of the whites. The immigration policies Trump is bent on implementing after winning this election will affect the black community and I’m really shocked why they voted massively for him.”
His comments come after Vice-President of the United States of America, Kamala Harris lost the November 5 presidential polls to former president Donald Trump.
Kamala has congratulated Trump on his victory. Accordomg to reports, Trump won the election with 301 electoral votes while Harris polled 226 electoral votes.
