An unidentified man who initially appeared to be dozing off has tragically passed on in a trotro bus from Tarkwa to Kumasi according to information smartandstuck.com has gathered.
The unfortunate incident occurred at Asafo in Kumasi where the young mam was supposed to get down from the vehicle he boarded from Tarkwa. Many thought he was taking a nap since he rested his head on the seat. However, after the vehicle got to its destination, he was stil sleeping.
The young man was not moving. This prompted other passengers to tap him to get down because the trotro car has gotten to its destination. It later ppeared that he has passed away.
The story first got to social media after Bongo Ideas, an ardent critic posted it on his X handle.
It remains unknown what caused the death of the young man since he appeared healthy when he boarded the vehicle. Authorities are yet to give details about the young man’s identity and the cause of his death.
But one person who commented under Bongo Ideas’ post noted the young man might have put too much pressure on his neck due to how he positioned his head which might have dire consequences and maybe leading to his untimely death.

I don’t know if this guys was drunk to sleep in such awkward position but that much pressure on your neck could lead to serious consequences. You put too much pressure on your carotid arteries and jugular veins interrupting blood flow to-fro your brain, that same position could as well narrow your airway because of the pressure on your trachea leading to asphyxia and possible death. The etiology of his death here could be multifactorial but from the picture that’s what I could deduce…. This is sad tho.
