The Ghana Police Service has apprehended a man seen in a viral video giving a substance believed to be cigarettes to a child.
Samuel Obeng Acheampong was assrest on November 22.
The police in a statement noted that they effected the arrested through a well coordinated operation.
The suspect, when arrested, confessed to the crime during interrogation but clarified that the incident occurred five years ago.
Obeng Acheampong is currently in custody to assist the police with their investigations and will soon be put before Court.
