A student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC), popularly known as Innocentia Avinu, has reportedly been found dead after she was earlier declared missing, sparking shock and grief among students, friends, and members of the university community.

The 20-year-old student was declared missing on Thursday June 11 only to be found dead at the shores of the Cape Coast beach on Saturday June 13.

According to reports, Innocentia had been missing for some time before news of her death emerged. The heartbreaking development has triggered an outpouring of condolences on social media, with many expressing sadness and calling for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and death.

At the time of filing this report, the exact cause of death and the events leading to the tragic incident have not been officially disclosed. 

However, credible sources available to smartandstuck have shared that one of her breasts had allegedly been cut off, raising suspicions of a possible ritual-related killing. Witnesses claim Innocentia had told friends that she was going to meet a “certain boy” before her disappearance.
