A Dubai-based Ghanaian man who married three women in a lavish wedding ceremony has revealed reasons for taking such a bold decision.
Nicholas Mbir has indicated in an interview that he was in relationship with all the three women before marrying them and for him not to break their hearts, he proposed to all the three ladies in a meeting. Mbir stated that the three ladies gladly accepted his proposal without confrontations.
He added that he married all three ladies for the additional reason that he does not want a broken home.
The band leader tied the knot with Grace Agyarko on Wednesday, Angelina Prah on Thursday and Esther Abas on Friday. The event took place between April 23 and 25 at Winneba in the Central regionofGhana. The climax of the programme took place on Saturday where all the three brides had a joint celebration.
Prior to tying the knot with them in a beautiful ceremony, Nicholas traveled to Dubai to seek brighter future and made a promise to all the three women of engaging them upon his return.
“I told them of marrying them if I return from Dubai and things go as planned”.
He clarified that two of his wives reside in the family home, while he has rented for the other one.
“One of my wives lives in my mother’s house because I have a room there where another also lives in my father’s house while the other one lives in a rented apartment”, he said.
